ZG Prestige operates in compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and related legislation. This policy outlines your rights and our obligations in cases of returns, refunds, or exchanges.

2. Returns for Faulty Vehicles

Return: You can return your used car within 14 days of the purchase date.

Condition: The car must be in the same condition as when purchased, without any additional damage or significant wear and tear.

3. Returns Process

To initiate a return, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We may require you to bring the vehicle to our dealership for an inspection. If the fault is confirmed, we will provide further instructions on how to proceed with your return or exchange.

4. Returns Charges

Mileage Fee: A charge of £1 per mile for the distance covered from the time of purchase, excluding the distance it took you to get to your home.

Collection Fee: If you prefer us to collect the vehicle, a fee of £2 per mile from your location to our site will apply.

Change of Ownership: If an additional owner has been added to the vehicle during your ownership, a £300 change of ownership fee will be deducted from your refund.

5. Vehicle Condition and Documentation Return

The vehicle must be in the same condition as when it was delivered or picked up from our dealership (excluding any defects found as per the return)

The vehicle must not have been modified or damaged by the customer.

All original documentation, including the sales contract, registration papers, and service history, must be returned to us along with the vehicle.
