ZG Prestige - What an absolute diamond of a place. After being let down by another dealer, I found ZG Prestige and booked in a test drive. I was welcomed on site by Seth and Adam, letting myself and my brother check out the incredible Prestige cars they had on site. We took a Tesla Model 3 Performance on a test drive that was a lot of fun! We agreed to purchase and as the vehicle had to be prepped as we live in Liverpool they offered a lift to the trainstation. Just over 24hours after speaking to the team at ZG the car was prepped, valated and ready to pick up, we were even offered pick up from the station again. The car is excellent, the range on show is breathtaking, but the team inside is the real magic. We have felt like family whilst we were there, real down to earth no nonsense guys giving a real premium service from start to finish. My Brother will be also buying a car this year and we won't be looking anywhere else.

To the business owner: your whole team is excellent but the level of service given by Seth and Adam is seriously next level, from someone who has purchased multiple luxury cars before, these lads are getting it exactly right.

Bought a car from here earlier in the year, unfortunately it did need very major and extensive work in the region of £5,000+. Bilal the director contacted me and ensured all would be resolved with the car. He was a man of his word and extremely honest, ensuring everything would be covered and fixed along with arranging a courtesy car for the entire duration I would be without the car. From the reviews it's obvious the standard of stock here is exceptionally high, however on the odd occasion you do run into issues, rest assured it will be swiftly and professionally dealt with. I would definitely recommend buying a car from here, and I hope we could try again as there are a few cars here I have my eyes on and do really like

Honestly such a great experience! I've been car shopping for over a month. I've been so put off by companies, especially main dealerships. These guys went above and beyond, kept me updated the entire way. Had my new car delivered today by Abdul (who was really polite and genuine). Have dealt with Seth through the buying process and he's been amazing. Had absolutely no reservations buying a car with them but other companies I'd backed out the process as I didn't feel comfortable with the service. Fully recommend and have told friends also car searching to take a look.

Very pleased with the service. My parents decided to go with a 2020 Toyota C-HR, from the day we called(weekend) within 6 days car was delivered to our doorstep. Great communication, even when I was a bit of a pain as I had to call few times, asking for ETA and stuff. All staff were friendly and understanding. Abdul and Ali who dropped off the car did a great job explaining everything about the car offered a good deal on the warranty which we happily have taken. Car came perfect, nice and clean aswell, found a small imperfection which hopefully will be resolved and covered within the warranty. Overall so far immaculate experience, keep up the good work.

I felt like his whole job was just working to get me the right deal on the car. Managed to get me a very good APR with a average credit.

Then when arranging delivery of the car(free of charge I must say) he initially said he would try on Friday, but later reported that it was looking to be Saturday. This was okay but on the morning of Thursday he manged to work his magic and get the car delivery 4 hours away on that day.

Just got home from my first drive and I'm loving my new M240i.

Such a great guy, I would recommend ZG Prestige to anybody and will defo be back if they have the right car for me next time.

Would definitely recommend ZG Prestige. I came all the way up from Portsmouth for a jaguar F type, so all contact was via phone until the trip up. Of course I was a bit nervous travelling all that distance to get a car, but all this melted away when I saw and drove it. Exactly as described and photographed. The thing that attracted me to them beside the highly competitive prices was the fact that an 18 month warranty was included in the price of the car were as most other dealers would charge you extra. Never been one for reviews but i had to with this purchase. From the first email i sent to the last text message received, the process was the best and smoothest i have ever been involved in. Im a very anxious person speaking english over the phone so to do everything over text was first class. Got my car delivered on a sunday as i could not make the saturday and my car was also taken on the same day as part ex.
